Filming at the Cape Codder
December 5th
The open performance at the Cape Codder has been cancelled due to MA State Regulations for performances.

9:50-10:20am- Mini Battle Scene (Ballet Blue Mon&Wed)
10:25-11:00am- Big Battle Scene (Ballet Violet)
11:05-11:45pm- Snow Queen, Snow (Ballet Green)
12:05-12:30pm- Spring Fairy, Spring Flowers (Ballet Indigo)
12:35-1:00pm- Attendants (Ballet Blue Sat & Ballet Purple)
1:05-1:30pm- Candy Canes
1:35-1:45pm- Cinnamon
1:45-2:00pm- Caramel
2:00-2:10pm- Gingerbread
2:10-2:20pm-Chocolate
2:20-2:35pm- Marzipan
2:40-3:10pm- Finale (Little Clara)
3:15-3:25- Clara
3:30-4:00- Gum Drops
4:00-4:10 Sugar Plum/Cavalier
Students in Ballet Blue, Teal, Indigo, Violet and Purple should arrive at their designated time in costume ready to film. There will be no dressing rooms available. Parents should walk their student to the ballroom for filming but unfortunately will not be allow to stay in the Ballroom during the filming. Parents should wait outside when picking up their child Teachers will bring children out to their parents at the end of their filming.
Students in Ballet Green and Gray will have an area to change their costumes in between filming.

This performance is a walking tour and the schedule will be as follows...
12:30-12:45 Party Scene- Car Museum Field1
12:50-1:00-Battle Scene - Fountain Field 2
1:05-1:15- Snow Queen/Snow -Parade Field 3
1:15-1:25- Flower/Attendants- Smaller Field 4
1:25-1:30- Cinnamon/Caramel-
1:35-1:45- Ginger, Chocolate, Candy Cane- Back Gallery 6
1:50-1:55- Gum Drops- Car Museum Field 7
1:55-2:05- Clara, Sugar- Car Museum Patio 8
2:05-2:15- Finale - Car Museum Field 7
Students should arrive 5 min prior to their performance time. Please do not be late or you will miss your performance. There will be no changing rooms or waiting areas so students should arrive in costume ready to dance. Students should keep jackets/ blankets on until ready to perform to stay warm. Students should leave immediately after their performance. Dancers and one guardian should enter and exit though the Hundred Acre Wood Parking Lot by the Carousel.
Students in Ballet Green & Gray should arrive at 12:00pm to set up costumes.
Costumes: All students should now have their Nutcracker costumes. This year each costume will come with two matching masks. Please do not wear these masks until the day of the show. Please make sure all students have pink ballet tights and pink ballet slippers. All students will also need to have their hair in a bun with light make up. Party Scene will need either pig tails or a pony tail, curled please! This year costumes will need to be returned to the studio the week after the performance.
We understand that both of these locations are unusual but we are trying to do the best we can with what we are able to work with. If you are not comfortable with your child performing at either of these venues please let us know as soon as you can so we can plan accordingly.
