Creative Movement
Ages 3-4
30 min class

This class introduces young children to dance in a gentle and nurturing environment. We use familiar games and props to develop coordination, rhythmic awareness and imagination. Students will use memory and focus to learn a few classical ballet positions and terms. They will also begin to understand etiquette of the ballet classroom.

Ballet 1
Ages 5-6
45 min class

For students with little or no dance experience, this class is a wonderful, gentle introduction to the world of ballet.  It will include and expand on the same lessons learned in Creative Movement. Students will be introduced to the barre and will work on growing their understanding of classical ballet while working on coordination, focus and memory while using their imagination and having fun.

Ballet 2
Ages 7-8
60 min class

It is recommended to have previous dance training for this class but not required. Students in Ballet 2 will use what they have learned in Creative Movement and Ballet 1 and expand on them greatly. They will work on the repetition and speed of what they have learned. Students will learn more classical ballet vocabulary; they will spend more time at the barre and will learn across the floor and center combinations.

Ballet 3
Ages 9-11
60 min class

Previous ballet training is highly recommended for this class but not required. Students will learn additional ballet steps and terms in this class. They will also increase their speed and repetition. Students will build the strength to go on pointe with pre-pointe exercises. They will gain strength, focus, and knowledge of ballet in this class. At the end of each semester students will be given a test on Ballet Terminology.

Ballet 4
Ages 12-13
60 min class
Previous ballet training is highly recommended for this class but not required. Students will learn additional ballet steps and terms in this class. They will also increase their speed and repetition. Students will build the strength to go on pointe with pre-pointe exercises. They will gain strength, focus, and knowledge of ballet in this class. At the end of each semester students will be given a test on Ballet Terminology.

Ballet 5 with Beginning Pointe
Ages 13-15
90 min class

This class is for students who have taken a full year of Ballet 4 or have previous training. Some students will be put on pointe based on previous training and current ability. Students will continuing learning ballet steps and terms with increased speed, and will begin working on pointe at the barre.  They will also be tested on Ballet Terms at the end of each semester.


Ballet 6 with Advanced Pointe
Ages 15+
90 min class

It is required to have previous training for this class. This is an advanced class and will include pointe work and classical ballet variations. In this class students will review everything they have learned with increased speed and repetition. Combinations will be more complicated and more strength will be needed to complete the class. Students will learn the last few steps and terms to knowing the complete repertoire of classical ballet.

Ballet Funk
Ages 15+

90 min class
This class is for Ballet 6 students only, previous training required. A traditional advanced ballet class with pointe work set to fun and current music. It is a great time and brings ballet to today's youth.

Lyrical/ Contemporary 5
Ages 13-15

60 min class
This class is only for students that are taking Ballet 5 or have previous dance training. Lyrical dance is a dance style that combines ballet, modern and jazz that is danced to popular music with vocals. The dancer will develop an emotional connection to music and will use fluid movement and expression to tell the story of the music.

Lyrical/ Contemporary 6
Ages 15+

60 min class
This class is only for students that are taking Ballet 6 or have previous dance training. Lyrical dance is a dance style that combines ballet, modern and jazz that is danced to popular music with vocals. The dancer will develop an emotional connection to music and will use fluid movement and expression to tell the story of the music.

Boy's Class 1
Ages 4-7
30 min class
No girls allowed! Mostly a Hip Hop and Breakdancing class but a little Ballet might be stuck in! This class is designed to help boys improve their sports skills through stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises. Ballet methods have in fact been used within football since the 1970s and have been proven to improve agility, coordination, dexterity, provide resistance to injury and increase speed. In this class boys will integrate dance moves with sport specific skills.

Boy's Class 2
Ages 8-12
30 min class

This class is a fun way to introduce young children to the world of dance. Students will enjoy a very fun and active class while learning coordination, rhythmic awareness and imagination.

Hip Hop 2
Ages 7-8
30 min class

No previous dance training required. Students will enjoy a very fun and active class while learning coordination, rhythmic awareness and imagination. They will build on what they learned in Hip Hop I and will start learning dance combinations.

Hip Hop 3
Ages 9-11
45 min class

No previous dance training required. This is a high-energy class that uses the latest music together with movements influenced by some of today’s video choreographers. Each class begins with isolation, stretching and strengthening exercises and ends with a fun Hip Hop combination

Hip Hop 4
Ages 12-13
45 min class

No previous dance training required. This is a high-energy class that uses the latest music together with movements influenced by some of today’s video choreographers. Each class begins with isolation, stretching and strengthening exercises and ends with a fun Hip Hop combination


Adult Hip Hop
Ages 14+
60 min class

Have fun in a judgment-free zone. No previous dance training required. Each class starts with stretching and strengthening exercises and finishes with a fun Hip-Hop/ Cardio dance combination! It's a great way to have fun and stay in shape!
